Regular massage
- Helps maintain the body of the horse in optimal condition, treats spasms, relieves muscle tension and removes pain zones.
- Suitable for horses of all kinds and disciplines, also helps to maintain a good shape between competitions.
- On average, lasts an hour and a half.
Rehabilitation massage
- Necessary to prepare the horse for work after a long break.
- Promotes accelerated recovery after trauma.
- On average, lasts an hour and a half.
The presence of the owner of the horse or the person in charge is mandatory.
Regular or rehabilitation massage for one horse:
80£ – first session;
70£ – subsequent sessions.
The cost also includes recommendations and exercises.
Please, note that there will be a separate transport fee, depending on your location.
Sports massage before or after a competition
Before competition
- Used to relax or tone, warm up and prepare the muscles to work. Calms down overexcited horses and relieves stress after transportation.
- Should be done no earlier than 4 hours before the competition.
- Lasts for about 40 minutes.
After competition
- Relieves pain in muscles and softens them, returning them to their normal state much faster. It detoxifies and helps the horse to calm down.
- Most effective within an hour after the competition, after the horse has cooled down. However, it is still useful and effective within 24 hours after the competition.
- Lasts about 40 minutes.
Two sessions (or two horses) are the minimum for a callout. The maximum number of horses is agreed in advance, as it depends on the type and time of competition.
Sport massage for two horses or two sessions (before and after the competition of one horse):
45£ per each horse (or session).
